14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us (Jonatan Wedde, Drammensveien 70, 0271 Oslo, Norway, jonatanwedde@gmail.com) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earliest.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Print-on-demand

Products are printed to order. The right of withdrawal applies in full to our standard (non-personalised) designs. Truly custom/personalised items may be exempt under applicable consumer law — this does not apply to our regular meme designs.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact jonatanwedde@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund for verified issues.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are made to your original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.). Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after we approve the return.
