1. Introduction

These terms govern your purchase of goods from Jonatan Wedde ("we", "us") through this online store. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. The total cost, including shipping, is shown before you confirm your order.

4. Orders & contract

A binding contract is formed when your order is registered with us. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Payment

We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and supported digital wallets (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is captured at purchase. All transactions are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.

6. Shipping & delivery

Products are printed on demand and produced locally in the EU, then shipped internationally. Estimated delivery is typically within 5 business days of production for most regions; times vary by destination. Risk passes to you on delivery. Any import duties/taxes for destinations outside the EU are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

8. Warranty & complaints

Goods are covered by the statutory warranty in your jurisdiction. For defects, contact jonatanwedde@gmail.com with your order number and a description (a photo helps). We cover return shipping for valid claims.

9. Dispute resolution

Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10. AI customer service

Customer support is partly handled by an AI assistant. You are always told when you are talking to AI and can request a human at any time (see Privacy Policy / GDPR).
